RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our primary goal but in the event you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item for the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you have received a product that you feel is defective, please contact us for return instructions. Certain warranties require that the product be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped USPS or UPS depending on cost efficiency. If a faster method of shipping is required please contact us as soon as you place your order. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Although most items are shipped within 2 business days, some items may be out of stock or back-ordered. In this case, you will be notified of the delay and the item will ship as soon as available. Out of stock items usually ship 7-14 business days from when the order was placed. If an item is back-ordered, you will be notified and the transaction will not proceed without your approval.
We are currently not shipping international. We ship only to the continental U.S.

Fishing Rods are shipped in a cardboard tube and because of their ackward shape, an extra charge of $15.00 applies.
